One image is one file submitted for annotation — regardless of how many objects are labeled within it. Video frames are counted per frame.
L2 expert review is included in Pro, Premium, and Enterprise plans. Starter plan receives L1 annotation only. You can add L2 review to Starter at pay-as-you-go rates.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
We export COCO JSON, CSV, YOLO TXT, and custom schemas. Enterprise customers can request any format their pipeline requires.
